Processes tend to accumulate steps nobody remembers the reason for. I help find them and simplify. Every demo on this page runs for real, on this same server.

What I've actually built
Most of it runs behind logins and NDAs, so instead of screenshots each project gets a miniature rebuilt in code. The facts underneath are real: checked against the repos, not embellished.
From one photo to a model.
Photo
The one already on your product page. Here, the Hovden FANTASY sofa.
Depth
A neural network estimates how far away every point is.
Point cloud
The points settle into a shape at the exact size: 300 × 80 × 218 cm.
Mesh
The points are joined into a surface of triangles.
Model
Fabric, seams and AR on a phone. The file is yours.
Demos you can press
Six things that actually run. You press, the server actually works: spawns threads, calls the chain, reads your file, checks any website. Nothing pre-recorded, no gifs.
One person, not an agency
I'm Kostas Skutulas, a full-stack developer in Vilnius. For six years I have built web and mobile products end to end: a crypto wallet on iOS and Android, a mining platform, an auction system, a classifieds marketplace, e-shops and a multilingual chat app.
I work alone, on one or two projects at a time, so the person you talk to is the person writing the code. The code, the access and the docs stay on your side.

The questions you'll ask anyway
I'll tell you once I know the scope. Before that any number is invented, and we'd both know it.
I run one or two projects at a time. If there's a queue, you hear about it now, not in a month.
Docs and every access stay on your side. Continue with whoever you like, without me.
Not from scratch. I work with your design, or build a clean, working UI with no artistic ambitions.
I'll say so. Better to lose the project than six months of both our lives.
Often no. Where a rule is enough, the rule is cheaper and it doesn't guess wrong.
Got something interesting?
Tell me what you're building, fixing or trying to automate. The best message answers three things: what needs doing, how it works today, and what system you live in. You'll get a concrete assessment back, not a pitch.
One or two projects at a time. The queue is short, but real.
